SkyDancing Tantra: Gateways to Bliss

April 14-16, 2017

A unique opportunity to experience the power and pleasure of Tantra in a serene, safe environment

Due to the intense winter storms that have buffeted the California coast this winter, Gateways to Bliss has been removed from Esalen's schedule. We are honored to announce that we have secured the identical dates — and will deliver the identical workshop — just 30 miles north of San Francisco at the exquisite EarthRise retreat center at IONS.  (We will no longer be offering our 5-day event planned at Esalen, the Yin and Yang of Ecstasy.)

EarthRise at IONS is housed on 194 acres of beautiful rolling hills where hiking trails meander through pristine native live oak woodlands, and the surrounding open space offers panoramic vistas of the California landscape. Special features include a beautiful permaculture garden that provides fruits and vegetables for their kitchen, a labyrinth, a meditation hut nestled in a peaceful oak grove, and multiple sitting areas for quiet contemplation.

Your participation at Gateways to Bliss will also benefit Esalen's recovery. Margot and Jim have committed to donate 10% of the proceeds of Gateways to Bliss to the Esalen Closure Relief Fund. Check out the donation page to view images of the damage to this particular stretch of fragile coastline, and please consider making your own contribution to the rebuilding of this sacred pillar of the human potential movement.

SkyDancing Tantra: Gateways to Bliss

How might we relate to our sexuality in a healthier and more sacred way? What practices have been designed by those who have dedicated their lives to cultivating a healthy, empowered sexuality? And how can we channel orgasmic energy through our body, mind and spirit to enhance our sexual experience?

You are invited to explore the experience of bliss in sacred relationship to Self and Other in this experiential weekend. We will practice the unique and proven approaches developed through many years of teaching Skydancing Tantra worldwide: visualizations, playful physical practices, voice dialogue and more.

Our goal is to awaken our Inner Lovers, open to trust ourselves and others more fully, and gently dissolve sexual blocks. We will model—and you can practice—the orgasmic response as an energy event, independent of direct sexual interaction, in order to learn the tantric key of relaxing in high states of arousal.

“Bliss does not depend on the other. It is an internal process of alignment and expansion.”
–Margot and Jim

This initiatory journey is designed for heterosexual and same-sex couples, as well as singles.
